Real estate matters

We advise on a variety of real estate matters including urban planning regulation, land issues, construction, utility connections and supply of resources, safe operations (including industrial and environmental safety), real estate management, and insurance matters. Our expertise is further boosted by the full legal support of our colleagues from the other 20+ dedicated practice areas within the Firm.

Contractual work in the construction sector

Our team has extensive experience in contractual work in construction, particularly in structuring relationships between construction parties, drafting relevant contracts (design, construction and reconstruction contracts, project management, acting as a technical customer, and EPC contracts), negotiating with contractors, and dispute resolution in construction projects.

We support construction of major projects, including industrial enterprises, commercial real estate (office, retail, hotel, and warehouse), residential real estate and infrastructure.

Legislation

Our practice is actively involved in legislative work in the field of real estate regulation at both federal and regional level.

Dispute resolution

The Firm has a strong dispute resolution team, including in the area of real estate (acquisition of rights to properties, lease issues, construction, non-standard land relations and disputes with state authorities).

The team

Our team brings together accomplished lawyers and experts in the real estate field who have held management positions in public companies and leading international law firms. The practice consists of 10 specialist lawyers focused exclusively on real estate matters.
