On 19 September 2014, Moscow will host the ABA’s Sixth Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM, will be a programme chair at the opening plenary on the merger of the Supreme Commercial (Arbitrazh) Court and the Supreme Court of General Jurisdiction.

On 4 September, 2014, a scientific and practical round table discussion “Court Intervention into International Commercial Arbitration” was held in Kyiv. The event was organized by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) together with the Scientific Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and Ukrainian Association of Civil Law Specialists.
