Ilya Nikiforov to take part in discussion on problems faced by young lawyers
On 12 February 2014, a panel discussion on ‘The state of the employment market for law graduates’ will take place at the Russian Federation Federal Chamber of Lawyers (Moscow). As part of the discussion, Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at the St. Petersburg Law Office of EPAM, will give a speech to representatives of leading law firms and institutions of higher education.
EPAM will act as the administrator in the national rounds of the international student competition named Phillip Jessup 2014 in Belarus
As part of our initiative to support the development of legal education EPAM, for the fifth time in a row, has been officially registered as the National Administrator of 2014 Phillip Jessup Moot Court Competition for Belarus, administered by the International Law Students Association (ILSA). The Belarusian National Rounds of the Competition will be held in Minsk on February 7 - 8, 2014.

Vsevolod Baibak contributes to meeting of presidium of Russian supreme commercial court
On 23 January 2014, an extended meeting of the Presidium of the Russian Supreme Commercial Court was held in Moscow. The meeting participants discussed the draft of a Russian Supreme Commercial Court circular entitled ‘Review of dispute resolution practices related to the declaration of a contract as null and void’. Vsevolod Baibak, Counsel at EPAM, took part in the meeting and made comments during the discussion of the draft.
