St Petersburg hosted today the Seminar on Ethical, Legal and Technical Means of Copyright and Other Rights Protection on the Internet, organized by the St Petersburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Leading intellectual property lawyers, IT companies, non-governmental organizations and ethics researchers presented practical guidelines on protecting intellectual property rights on the Internet. They spoke about what preventive technical and legal measures are needed to protect information when putting it on the web.

November 30, 2010 Danone and Unimilk have finalized the merger of their Fresh Dairy Product businesses in Russia and other CIS member countries. The deal, creating the new leader for dairy products in the CIS area, was advised by EPAM and members of the CIS Leading Counsel Network, the first pan-CIS “best friends” legal network.
