A team from EPAM’ Litigation practice successfully represented the interests of EWS, an oilfield services company offering unique hydraulic fracturing technology, in a dispute against Ruspetro in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area Commercial Court. The dispute arose from a service contract to increase the production rate at oilfields in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.

EPAM’ Competition Law practice has successfully developed an antitrust compliance programme for M.Video, the leading Russian retail chain selling consumer electronics and appliances and one of the largest companies in this market in Europe. The company has become the first consumer electronics retailer to launch an antitrust compliance programme.

On 3 September 2016, EPAM and the Roscongress Foundation signed a strategic cooperation and legal support agreement at the Eastern Economic Forum. The Court upheld the judgment of the Court of First Instance, in accordance with which Google now must comply with the ruling of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS).
