On 6 April 2016, the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IAC) included Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner of EPAM, in its recommended list of arbitrators. The list includes just ten other arbitrators from the Russian Federation.

The Court rejected Google’s lawsuit in which the corporation requested to cancel the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia’s (the FAS) conclusions.
