EPAM Successfully Defends Interests of Major European Wood Products Company
A team from EPAM has successfully defended the interests of EGGER, one of Europe’s largest wood product manufacturing companies. The firm proved that the company’s technological equipment is unique and obtained permission from the Russian Government for the import of equipment on preferential terms.

On 3 September 2016, EPAM and the Roscongress Foundation signed a strategic cooperation and legal support agreement at the Eastern Economic Forum. EPAM Successfully Defends Yandex at the Court of Appeal
A team from EPAM’ Competition Law and Litigation practices successfully defended the interests of Russia’s largest IT company Yandex in a dispute with Google at the Court of Appeal. The Court upheld the judgment of the Court of First Instance, in accordance with which Google now must comply with the ruling of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS).
