Lawyers of EPAM Law participate in preparatory hearings of the U.S. Federal Court of Detroit

In the course of the proceedings, Dmitry Afanasiev, the lawyer of EPAM Law, informed the court as to the manner in which the debated isotopes were moved from the territory of the Russia Federation and gave a detailed report about the attempt of certain persons to misappropriate them by fraud.

News from the Litigation Department

Following the suit brought by EPA&P in the interests of the Russian Federation, the isotopes were retained earlier by order of the Federal Court of the U.S.A. after they had been seized by U.S. Customs authorities at the request of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
