Pavel Sadovsky and Maria Demina to take part in the II MSLA International Legal Forum <em>Issues of Theory and Practice in Intellectual Property Protection</em>

On February 14-15, 2014 Moscow is to host II International Legal Forum Issues of Theory and Practice in Intellectual Property Protection held by Kutafin Moscow State Law University (‘MSLA’), Attorneys of EPAM – Pavel Sadovsky, Head of Intellectual Property / TMT, and Maria Demina, Associate – will, as usual, speak at the event.

The Forum will be attended by leading experts on intellectual property rights, IP Court representatives, young researchers from universities in Russia and abroad (USA, Austria, Germany, etc.), legal practitioners, and postgraduates.

The Firm’s associates are actively involved in the development of legal education and legal culture in Russia; they often speak at leading national law schools and also teach there. EPAM act not only for the benefit of their clients but also for the public good in general.

In his report, Pavel Sadovsky will cover the issues of recovery of damages for IP infringements in light of the latest court precedents, and Maria Demina will touch upon current trends in the legal protection of biotechnologies.
