Natalia Soldatenkova to Speak at the RIMA Summer Academy
From 20 to 24 July 2026, the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA), with the support of EPAM Law, will hold its Summer Academy for aspiring arbitration professionals.
Natalia Soldatenkova, Senior Associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM Law, will speak at the Academy.
The programme will cover the fundamentals of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, arbitration agreements and arbitrability, the jurisdiction of arbitral tribunals, the appointment and challenge of arbitrators, the procedural stages of arbitration, evidence, interim measures, anti-suit injunctions, the enforcement of arbitral awards and investment arbitration. It will also address selected aspects of arbitration in the UAE and England.
