Ilya Nikiforov to Speak at ABA’s Seventh Annual Dispute Resolution Conference
On 18 September 2015, Moscow will host the ABA’s Seventh Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM, will be a program chair at the closing plenary on the Russian Court System.
The Conference will bring together members of the global legal community for a full day of informative and substantive programs presented by world-class experts. During the event participants will discuss issues of arbitration during the crisis and the impact of sanctions of the EU and the US on practice of resolving disputes, questions of the Russian legislation on bankruptcy and the development of domestic arbitration in Russia.
Managing Partner at EPAM Ilya Nikiforov traditionally co-chairs the Conference and became the member of program planning Committee. He will be a program chair at the closing plenary entitled ‘The Russian Court System: Hot Topics and Trends’.
