Sabina advises Russian and international clients on a broad range of matters relating to real estate, construction, land and urban planning law.

She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including drafting sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements, participating in negotiations, advising on construction projects, and conducting legal due diligence of companies and real estate assets.

Representative projects include:

• Drafting a construction contract (EPC based on an adapted FIDIC form) for a mining and metals facility with investments exceeding RUB 215 billion.
• Advising a leading hydrocarbons company on oilfield services contracts for the development of fields with reserves exceeding 40 billion cubic metres of gas and over 80 million tonnes of oil.
• Preparing an EPC contract (subsequently amended to EP+, governed by English law) for the construction of part of a gas chemical complex, and further advising a foreign contractor on the project.
• Advising Russian investors on the acquisition of a major logistics warehouse complex in the Moscow region, including site due diligence and transactional support.
• Drafting a turnkey construction contract for the development of a cement plant in the Kaluga region, with projected investments of up to RUB 30 billion.
• Advising foreign investors in relation to coal mining assets in the Kemerovo region, including preparation of transactional documentation for asset deals.
• Providing legal support in major lease transactions involving retail, office and warehouse premises in Moscow, the Moscow region and other regions of Russia.
• Advising leading international luxury and premium retailers on all legal aspects of operating in Russia, including commercial lease matters.
• Participating in a project to develop EPC contract templates for a major international chemical company.
• Conducting legal due diligence of real estate assets in connection with acquisitions, potential development projects and reconstruction across various regions of Russia.
• Providing comprehensive advice on the implementation of airport construction projects in several regions of the Russian Federation.

Sabina graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, where she completed both her LL.B. and LL.M., and is currently pursuing a PhD.
