Ruslan advises and represents clients before arbitrazh (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels. His main areas of specialisation include major commercial disputes, bankruptcy, and corporate litigation, as well as disputes with public authorities in the field of real estate.

Among Ruslan’s projects:

• Defending the interests of one of the largest cement manufacturers in a dispute with the Prosecutor General’s Office concerning claims related to compliance with legislation governing foreign investment in strategic companies.
• Representing an oil and gas holding company in a dispute over the recovery of more than RUB 18 billion in damages under a civil claim arising from a high-profile criminal case involving senior Russian law enforcement officials.
• Representing a property developer in a dispute with the Moscow City Government over the grant of a lease of a land plot for the completion of unfinished construction projects.
• Advising an investment holding company on the risks associated with the privatisation of a joint-stock company.
• Advising a major property developer on the risks of the compulsory acquisition of a logistics complex for public purposes.

Ruslan holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the V. F. Yakovlev Ural State Law University and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Debrecen (Hungary), and completed his Ph.D. in 2025.
