Kirill advises and represents clients in commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels.

His experience includes disputes in the areas of real estate and construction, environmental regulation and natural resource management, the privatisation of state and municipal property, as well as energy and antitrust regulation. Kirill also has extensive experience in bankruptcy matters, acting for both debtors and creditors.

Among Kirill’s matters are:

• Representing an oil and gas holding company in a dispute over the recovery of more than RUB 18 billion in damages under a civil claim arising from a high-profile criminal case involving senior Russian law enforcement officials.
• Defending one of the largest cement manufacturers in a dispute with the Prosecutor General’s Office concerning claims related to compliance with legislation governing foreign investment in strategic companies.
• Representing a property developer in a dispute with the Prosecutor General’s Office concerning claims related to the construction of a premium-class hotel in Sochi.
• Representing the owner of a land plot worth several tens of billions of roubles in a series of disputes with the Moscow City Government, including challenges to the tender process for the right to implement an integrated territorial development project.
• Defending a car manufacturer in an environmental dispute with Rosprirodnadzor concerning the classification of industrial wastewater from a non-ferrous metal casting plant as production waste.
• Representing a grid company in a dispute concerning the privatisation of electricity network assets, including power lines and transformer substations.
• Representing a property developer in a dispute with the Moscow City Government over the grant of a lease of a land plot for the completion of unfinished construction projects.
• Defending a major property developer in a dispute concerning the demolition of unauthorised structures in Moscow within a comprehensive redevelopment area in Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye.

Kirill graduated from the Faculty of Law at HSE University, obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in 2020 and his Master’s degree in 2022. He is currently continuing his studies as a doctoral candidate at the State Academic University for the Humanities.

He is admitted to the Moscow Bar Association.
