Anton Baturin has 10+ years of practical experience in defending clients in bankruptcy proceedings and dispute resolution. More specifically, Anton has successfully handled bankruptcy proceedings against real estate development, construction, heat supply, agricultural and oil production companies. Anton’s experience also covers defending clients in disputes related to subsidiary liability, challenging of transactions and inclusion on the list of creditors’ claims.

Anton has extensive experience in resolving corporate disputes, counselling on litigation arising out of construction contracts, loan agreements and investment contracts, enforcing foreclosed collateral, recovering damages, and coordinating cross-border litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, Anton was employed by a major Russian law firm.

Anton teaches at the Department of International Private and Civil Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and lectures on bankruptcy, corporate and civil law, as well as arbitration proceedings.

He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees with honours from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

Anton has been admitted to the Moscow Oblast Bar since 2022.
