On September 8, 2021, elections were held for the Deputy Chairman of the Subcommittee for Construction and Real Estate of the North-West Regional Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB). Olga Mischenko, Counsel and Head of Real Estate, Construction and PPP Practice at EPAM in St. Petersburg, was elected for the position.
For more than fifteen years, Olga Mischenko has specialised in advising clients on real estate, construction, and infrastructure development issues. Olga has been involved in a number of projects to establish new production facilities in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region and other regions of Russia. She has extensive experience in conducting independent due diligence on real estate transactions, including drafting and legal analysis of sales and construction contracts. Olga has also advised clients on plans to create facilities using the PPP model and helped in developing project concepts and tender documentation.
The Association of European Businesses (AEB) is an independent non-profit organisation of over 500 European and Russian companies. It is the main representation of foreign investors in the Russian Federation. The Association includes major international corporations, enterprises from the European Union, the European Free Trade Association and other regions of the world. The Association's activities are aimed at strengthening economic ties between Russia and the EU as well as improving the investment climate in the Russian Federation.
