We are pleased to announce that starting 3 July 2023, a new team of corporate law experts joins EPAM Law, further strengthening the Firm’s M&A and Corporate practice. The team includes Partner Vyacheslav Yugai, Senior Associates Alexandra Sofronova and Anna Yakomaskina, Associate Liliya Mukhamedyanova and Junior Associate Denis Kuleshov, further enhancing our already strong M&A and Corporate practice.

Vyacheslav Yugai, Partner, Member of the Moscow Bar Association, has considerable experience in handling M&A transactions, joint ventures, investment and technology transactions, both in Russia and abroad. He specialises in complex cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional restructurings. He also provides strategic advice to Russian and international companies, assists in special situations and provides comprehensive legal support to businesses.

Alexandra Sofronova, Senior Associate, member of the Vologda Oblast Bar Association, handles M&A transactions and joint ventures and advises on compliance issues related to Russian counter-sanctions.

Anna Yakomaskina, Senior Associate, advises on M&A transactions and joint venture procedures.

Liliya Mukhamedyanova, Associate, Member of the Moscow Bar Association, specialises in corporate law issues, including M&A transactions and joint ventures.

Denis Kuleshov, Junior Associate, is engaged in M&A transactions and related transactional documentation, assists in complex business restructurings, (inc. restructurings of international holdings) and conducts complex legal due diligence. He also has experience in representing clients in courts of general jurisdiction.
