Sponsored by Law Offices of EPAM, EuroLawyer 2008 International Legal Forum was held in London on April 4 to 5, 2008 and had become a new venue of fruitful cooperation and contacts between CIS and EU lawyers. Maria Miroshnikova, senior lawyer of EPAM, attended the Forum.
EuroLawyer 2008 is a unique legal Forum where high-ranked government officials, executive business decision-makers and lawyers from the CIS and EU countries can meet and discuss urgent corporate legal issues facing most major and medium-size companies. The key topics at the Forum included legal aspects of international M&A transactions, European listing procedures, and resolution of international M&A and other disputes. Maria Miroshnikova made a presentation entitled “Recent Developments in the Russian M&A Regulations”.
The event was attended by over 25 speakers from international organizations and top CIS and EU companies, as well as 150 delegates from more than 70 CIS and EU companies.
