EPAM Attorneys Advised German Digital Health Company Vivira on Intellectual Property Issues

EPAM assisted Vivira (the German Medtech company, specialising in the development of software for digital healthcare) in concluding an agreement with Russian developers.

As part of the project, lawyers of the Firm prepared a bilingual (German / Russian) software development agreement with the Russian contractors. The agreement will help the client obtain all required IP rights to software products created in Russia, as well as to prevent potential issues related to tax and currency control.

Thanks to extensive experience in managing cross-border IT projects, EPAM drafted a unique agreement, tailored to the needs of the client.

A joint team of lawyers, led by Partner and Head of the European Desk at EPAM Ilona Zekely, worked on this project; the team included Partner Pavel Sadovsky and Associate Maxim Tabolo.
