Vera Rikhterman to Speak at the OCA Practical Conference on Current Court Practice
On 11 September 2026, the conference “Judicial Gravity: Practice Trends and the Choices of Leading Lawyers in the Pursuit of Balance” will take place, organised by the OCA (Association of Corporate Lawyers).
Vera Rikhterman, Partner in EPAM Law’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice, will moderate the session “From Proceedings to Results: Litigation Strategy and Settlement Agreements as Tools for Achieving Business Objectives” (9:40–11:10).
During the session, participants will discuss how businesses can achieve the most favourable outcome within the shortest possible timeframe by applying an effective litigation strategy, conducting a thorough risk assessment and combining judicial and out-of-court mechanisms, while ensuring that the outcome reached is enforceable.
