On September 29, 2020, the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – World Business Organization (ICC Russia) will host the online seminar “Confidentiality and Protection of Data in Transnational Contracts”. This is the second event in the series “Fate of Transnational Contracts in the Post-COVID Economy”, which addresses the adaptation of various clauses of international contracts to the new economic environment. Pavel Sadovsky, Head of Intellectual Property / TMT Practice at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, will speak at the event.
