Pavel Sadovsky to Speak at ICC Russia Conference on Brand Protection in the Digital Economy
On 18 June 2026, the Intellectual Property Commission of the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – the World Business Organisation (ICC Russia) will hold a conference entitled “Brand Under Attack: Protect Not the Logo, but the Revenue It Generates.” Pavel Sadovsky, Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at EPAM Law, will take part in the event.
Participants will discuss how to strike the right balance between effective brand protection and the fair use of trade marks in e-commerce. The focus will be on current enforcement trends, new risks for rights holders, and possible directions for developing intellectual property protection mechanisms in a cross-border environment.
