Maxim Tabolo to Speak at Pravo.ru’s Intellectual Property Conference

On 22 November 2024, Pravo.ru will host the “Intellectual Property — 2024” conference. Maxim Tabolo, Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property / TMT Practice at EPAM, will be one of the speakers.

Mr Tabolo will deliver a presentation on case law concerning copyright infringement and related rights on the internet, with an analysis of the Russian Supreme Court’s approach. His session is scheduled to take place from 10:00 to 11:30.

Conference attendees will also explore the following topics:

Recent changes in intellectual property legislation;
Innovative methods for commercialising IP assets;
Intellectual property rights in cyberspace;
Current case law on copyright protection.
