Ilya Nikiforov to Teach a Course on International Commercial Contracts at SPbU

From 15 February 2026, the Faculty of Law at Saint Petersburg State University (SPbU) will launch a seminar-based course for fourth-year undergraduate students entitled International Commercial Contracts and Arbitration. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner of EPAM Law, will once again serve as the lecturer for this course.

The programme is designed for students intending to pursue careers in international law. Its distinguishing feature is a practice-oriented approach, focused on developing core professional skills: the ability to deliver well-reasoned legal opinions and advice; the effective application of substantive and procedural law in problem-solving; and the accurate assessment and classification of relevant facts and circumstances.
