Evgeny Raschevsky to Speak at IICA Event on International Commercial Arbitration
On 24 September 2026, a discussion entitled “Russian-Israeli Business Arbitration: A New Era and Global Opportunities” will take place as part of the Russian International Arbitration Congress (RIAC). The event is organised by the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (IICA).
Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner and Head of International Arbitration & Litigation at EPAM Law, will speak at the event.
Participants will discuss Tel Aviv as a seat of arbitration for resolving complex cross-border commercial disputes, as well as the opportunities available to Russian businesses to pursue arbitration in Israel.
Drawing on practical examples, the speakers will explore ways to protect commercial interests, manage international risks and engage with overseas markets.
