From 12 to 16 October 2026, STATUT Law School will hold a course entitled "Corporate Law: Reform of the Russian Civil Code and Analysis of Case Law".

Dmitry Stepanov, a Partner at EPAM Law, and Tatyana Boyko, Counsel at the firm, will deliver lectures as part of the course.
