EPAM Law Attorneys to Speak at AmCham Legal Seminar on International Arbitration
On 12 March 2026, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham Russia) will hold a meeting of its Investment and Legal Committee in St Petersburg on the topic: “Current Trends in Dispute Resolution: International and Domestic Commercial Arbitration, Court Practice, Legislative Changes, and Reform of Dispute Settlement Mechanisms.” Managing Partner Ilya Nikiforov and Partner Elena Agaeva will speak at the event.
The seminar will take place at the Firm’s office at 22–24 Nevsky Prospekt, 4th floor.
During the discussion, participants will consider the most pressing issues in dispute resolution.
Managing Partner Ilya Nikiforov will deliver a presentation entitled “Behind the Scenes of International Arbitration: What Arbitrators Do Not Talk About.”
Partner Elena Agaeva will moderate the event in her capacity as Co-Chair of the AmCham Investment and Legal Committee.
