On 28 May 2026, industry magazine Commercial Real Estate (CRE) published its annual CRE100+ ranking, a list of the most influential figures in the commercial real estate market.
Ekaterina Verle, Partner and Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at EPAM Law, was included in the ranking in the CRE Legal category for the fourth time, becoming one of 13 experts from the Russian legal market to receive this high recognition.
In 2025–2026, the practice team led by Ekaterina advised on a number of significant projects, including the structuring and legal support of complex real estate acquisition transactions. Projects involving the construction and reconstruction of large-scale industrial and infrastructure facilities formed an important part of the practice’s portfolio. In addition, the practice continues to provide legal support for projects carried out by foreign contractors, including advising on the application of foreign law.
