Victoria Evtushenko is a tax expert. Prior to joining the Firm, Victoria spent 8 years (2013 to May 2021) with the Federal Tax Service, where she would hold various positions at transfer pricing, international relations and pre-action tax dispute resolution desks. Prior to that, she had been employed with a major Russian law firm and the research center of the Tax Police Academy with the Russian Federal Tax Police Service.
For a number of years, she represented the Russian Chamber of Tax Advisers at the CFE Tax Advisers Europe and was a regular member of CFE’s Professional Affairs Committee. She used to liaise with the Asia-Oceania Tax Consultants’ Association (AOTCA) and attend global tax workshops and conferences hosted by those international professional associations. Victoria has over 10 years of teaching experience at law and tax schools. She is currently a senior lecturer of the Public Law Department at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with the Russian Ministry of International Affairs. Victoria has been teaching Russian tax law and Legal Regulation of Tax Control.
She has authored a monograph and a number of articles in specialized tax-related periodicals. Victoria graduated from the Law School of the Tax Police Academy with the Russian Federal Tax Police Service (2002) and completed her postgraduate studies at the Russian State Tax Academy with her thesis “Tax Agents as Parties to Legal Relations” (2006). Victoria is a tax adviser and a member of the Russian Chamber of Tax Advisers. Victoria is fluent in English.
