Denis specialises in the resolution of disputes in arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction, focusing on civil, corporate, and bankruptcy law. He also provides counsel on securities disputes.
In addition, Denis advises on matters of administrative liability for companies in relation to customs and antitrust regulations.
Denis is currently pursuing his degree at the Higher School of Economics. He regularly speaks at academic conferences, including those organised by the Russian School of Private Law, and is involved in teaching through student projects.
He is fluent in English.
