Denis Dronov specializes in legal counselling on state property privatization, advises on entering into and performance of, public contracts, and represents clients in the proceeding tried by arbitrazh and general courts.
Denis advises private businesses and the state under their respective lawmaking initiatives. He has been engaged in drafting of multiple laws and subordinate legislation, he has issued opinions on draft laws and amendments thereto.
Prior to joining the Firm, Denis was employed with the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, had a number of position at the legal departments of construction and development companies.
Denis graduated from the Law School of the Moscow City Teachers Training University. He has been admitted to the Moscow Bar.
