Ching-Huan provides the legal assistance on a wide range of issues arising in the course of foreign economic activity, as well as on issues of maritime and transport law.
Ching Huang highlights include:
- Evaluation and preparation of draft agreements, including multilateral agreements accompanying foreign economic activity (distribution agreement, supply agreement, sea transportation agreement, service agreement, agreement for the performance of functions of a foreign manufacturer, agreement on the settlement of expenses, etc.);
- Advising principals on issues of customs value, classification of goods, customs procedures, technical regulation, currency legislation, export control, registration of ships in Russian registers, arrest of ships, etc.;
- Representing and protecting the interests of principals in disputes with government agencies (including during inspections), as well as with private individuals.
Ching-Huan graduated from National Taiwan University with the Bachelor’s degree in Law.
She is the member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Fluent in English and Chinese.
