Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners provided legal support to DynaEnergetics, a world leader in the manufacturing and selling of oilfield equipment, in a complex project on closing its plant and selling its subsidiary in the Tyumen region of Russia.
The Commission has been formed as part of the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce - the World Business Organization (ICC Russia). Senior associates Anastasiya Boytsova, Deputy Head of Environmental and Technical Regulations Practice, and Julia Filatkina, joined the Commission.
