Nikita Gurin gave a speech in terms of a program presented by the International Law Section of Los Angeles County Bar Association

On November 15, 2010, Nikita Gurin, an attorney at EPAM, participated in a program Latest Trends in International Real Estate Development presented by the International Law Section of Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).

The program provided an overview of the major Green Sustainably Built International Standards that would help developers incorporate the ones that are most appropriate to their projects and provide guidance to practitioners who will be advising them.

The speakers of the program provided up-to-date information concerning incorporating environmentally-friendly designs and public-private development projects from a Canadian perspective, as well as a “from the ground-up” approach to commercial development which is taking place in Sochi, Russia, in preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympics.
