Maxim Mozgov Takes Part in “Commercial Real Estate Today: Investment, Development, Management” Conference

The IV Commercial Real Estate Today: Investment, Development, Management conference came to a close today in Moscow. Maxim Mozgov, Associate at EPAM, made a presentation at the event.

The conference was prompted by the effect the recent trends in politics and economy had on the development of commercial real estate in Russia, and a high degree of volatility in this market.

The conference focused on commercial real estate market prospects, Russia's investment potential and the attractiveness of the Russian regions for investors; Russians' investment preferences in the global real estate market and the specifics in the development of the commercial real estate market.

The event was attended by leading experts from both Russian and foreign companies operating in the real estate market and related industries.
