Irina Skidan spoke at the Russian-French Forum on Public-Private Partnership in Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development

On 3-4 June 2011 Moscow hosted the Russian-French Forum on Public-Private Partnership in Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development.

The Forum’s objective was to share best international practices in the area of employing public-private partnership patterns and to promote public policy for developing Russian regions’ infrastructure using the PPP model.

At the Forum Irina Skidan, a Senior Lawyer at EPAM, presented a summary of public-private partnership regulatory matters. In her report Irina provided a detailed analysis of the PPP regulation matters at both the federal and the regional level, including the legislation development matters.

Executives and experts from the RF Regional Development Ministry, the RF State Duma, Vneshekonombank, regional administrations, businessmen, financial experts, academia and representatives of foreign businesses and other state authorities took part in the event.
