Today, at the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Center Hotel, a ‘Mergers & Acquisitions in Russia’ Forum brought together leading Russian M&A consultants and businessmen, with EPAM acting as the legal partner of the Forum.
In 2010, the Russian M&A market saw a recovery whereby the total value of transactions grew compared with 2009. The Russian M&A market is being revived and the investment flow to Russia is on the increase, as market players have become used to, or adjusted to, the new economic environment. On December 15, all these changes were discussed by the Forum participants.

Denis Arkhipov, attorney and senior lawyer of the Firm, presented a report on the M&A Transactions Case History: Latest Trends & Matters at the session on Legal Aspects and Litigation of M&A Transactions in 2010.
