After the discussion of EPAM Law mission, each of its employees put forward proposals concerning the firm´s development and discussed the proposals with the Partners.
Dimitry Afanasiev, the Chairman, Ilya Nikiforov, the Managing Partner of the EPAM Saint-Petersburg's Office, and Khristofor Ivanyan, the head of the litigation department proposed their recommendations with respect to acquiring practical experience needed to work with major corporate clients.
Special attention was given to EPAM Law lawyers' ability to reveal "the issue", to apply "research" and to use "judgement" as they work with the firm's clients.
During the sports break, the working staff was divided into two teams. They held an friendly soccer match in order to prepare EPAM Law team for the AmCham annual soccer championship.
