Attorneys of EPAM represented Lenta, a large Russian retailer, in its redomiciliation from Cyprus to Russia.
Attorneys of the Firm assisted in the successful registration of shares issued by Lenta International public joint-stock company. At the closing stage, the international company was registered in the Russian jurisdiction on 17 February 2021. On the same day, Lenta was registered as a new resident of the Special Administrative Region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island (Kaliningrad Oblast).
