Tatiana Kunah to speak at meeting of AmCham Environment, Health & Safety Committee

On 20 November 2012, the Environment, Health & Safety Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce will meet in St. Petersburg. Tatiana Kunah will speak to the Committee members on the topic of occupational injuries.

The Environment, Health & Safety Committee of AmCham St. Petersburg will meet to discuss the topic: ‘Occupational Injuries: Legal and Practical Aspects’. Different aspects of injuries in the workplace will be covered: interesting examples from legal practice; inquiry procedures and problems faced by employers during investigations into injuries in the workplace; injuries to outsourcers and subcontractors working on a company’s premises; and other important areas.

Tatiana Kunah, an Associate at the St. Petersburg Law Office of EPAM, will give a report entitled ‘Legal Practice and Accidents in the Workplace’, giving an overview of legal practice and clarifying the position of the courts on critical questions during such investigations.
