Nikita Gurin presents at the Kutafin Readings International Conference
Nikita Gurin, Associate at EPAM, made a presentation at the 2011 Kutafin Readings International Conference in Moscow today.
The conference was part of the Moscow Law Week organised by Lomonosov Moscow State University, Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy and the Moscow University of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Mr. V. Zorkin, Chairman of the Russian Constitutional Court, as well as representatives from the Academy of Legal Sciences, Russian Academy of Legal Sciences and government authorities spoke at the joint plenary session.
Nikita Gurin delivered a report at the business law session on Creation of Artificial Land Plots. He underlined the issues of creating artificial land plots in connection with the adoption of Federal Law No.246 On Artificial Land Plots Created in Federal Water Bodies and Amendments to Certain Enactments of the Russian Federation dated July 19, 2011.
