Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi participates in the conference “International sports law and jurisprudence of the CAS” in Lausanne
On September 7-8 2012, Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi, who leads EPA&P Sport Arbitration practice and is a partner of international arbitration and litigation practice in Ukraine, participates in the conference “International sports law and jurisprudence of the CAS” .This is the 4th conference organized by the Court of Arbitration for Sport and Swiss Bar Association in Lausanne.
According to the authoritative GAR 100 Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi is being recognized as one of the (if not the only one) experts inUkrainewho has experience in sports law disputes. He has experience in representing sport clubs and players before various courts and tribunals. Among his recent notable cases is the representation of a Ukrainian football club in a dispute concerning allegations of match-fixing.
