The V.P. Mozolin IX Corporate Arbitration Moot Competition Supported by Epam Law
The All-Russian Student Competition on Corporate Arbitration named after V.P. Mozolin is a major annual event that brings together hundreds of law students from different regions of Russia. The organizer of the competition is the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RISA).
The competition is held in a moot court format, simulating the consideration of a fictional corporate dispute through arbitration. Participants prepare procedural documents, compete in online rounds, and present their positions during oral hearings before professional arbitrators.
EPAM Law has traditionally served as a partner of the competition, with attorneys from the Firm acting as arbitrators.
