Evgeny Bolshakov to speak at Russian Antitrust Conference
On December 2,2011, Moscow will host the conference Improvement of Russian Antitrust Laws: The Third Antitrust Package. Evgeny Bolshakov, Senior Associate at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, to participate in the event.
At the conference practicing lawyers and representatives from Russian Federal Antitrust Service (FAS) and Russian Supreme Arbitrazh Court will discuss recent amendments in antitrust laws:
- Change in liability for violation of antitrust laws
- New list of information to be submitted to the Russian FAS
- Reducing the number of unconditional bans in agreements between business entities
- Setting additional criteria for non-discriminatory access to market
Evgeny Bolshakov will deliver a presentation entitled Specifics of Distributors Relations in Light of the Third Antitrust Package.
