EPAM to Support the Constitutional Law Contest

On 22–23 November 2012, The Second Constitutional Law Contest for student teams from Russian higher education institutions will be held at the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg. EPAM are supporting the Contest.

The Contest was established in 2011 under the aegis of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Law and Public Policy, and the Venice Commission of the European Council. The final part of the competition and awards ceremony will take place in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with the participation of the Chairman and judges of the Constitutional Court, representatives of nominating organizations, and specially invited guests.

The Contest is conducted in the form of simulated constitutional court proceedings (a moot court). The topic for the 2012 Contest’s challenge is ‘Campaigns against Companies, or a Case of Private Life and Public Interests’.

Alexey Rizhkin, Senior Associate of White-Collar Crime at the St. Petersburg Law Office of EPAM, will congratulate the contest winners and present them with souvenirs.
