Elena Agaeva and Andrey Tuzov Will Speak at the Meeting of the Corporate Lawyers Discussion Club in Saint-Petersburg
On September 17, 2020, another online meeting of the discussion club for corporate lawyers will address the liability of company CEOs and lawyers. Elena Agaeva, Head of M&A and Corporate Practice at EPAM, and Andrey Tuzov, Senior White-Collar Crime Associate, will speak at the meeting.
Andrey Tuzov will cover the criminal risks and subsidiary liability of corporate top managers, and to answer the questions from the attendees, and Elena is to discuss the matters of corporate law.
Meetings of the club, which was founded by EPAM, are attended by partners and heads of M&A and corporate law at the St. Petersburg offices of leading domestic and international law firms to discuss practical cases and topical issues arising in their work.
