CIS LCN to present at the Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association International Law Section in New York

On April 20, 2012, CIS Leading Counsel Network (CIS LCN) will jointly present at the panel on “Doing Business in the CIS: Hot Issues” at the Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association (ABA) International Law Section which will take place on April 17-21, 2012 in New York.

Managing partners of the leading national law firms from key jurisdictions across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) economic region will present a unique local insight and legal advice on the hot issues of doing business in the region which is increasingly attracting international investments. The panel discussion is scheduled for 11:00 am - 12:30 pm. It will include the most interesting developments in business environment, M&A, and foreign investment issues. The audience will not only learn about some of the world’s most rapidly developing economies, but also get the best local advice on how to avoid traps and pitfalls and safeguard investments in Russia and the CIS region based on the local expertise of the panelists and participants.
