Associates of EPAM participated in the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and RAA40 Workshop
On 10 November, 2014 Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and RAA40 Workshop took place in Moscow. Associates of EPAM Olga Vishnevskaya, Victor Radnaev and Tuyana Molokhoeva took part in the event.
The workshop was run in the LCIA traditional Tylney Hall format of open forum discussion of topics raised by the audience in advance.
Associates of EPAM raised questions concerning the regulation of professional conduct for counsel in arbitration and parallel proceedings in court and arbitration.
