Andrey Melnikov to Speak at Congress “Developing Production – to Develop a Country”
On 23 September 2016 in Moscow will be held a Congress entitled “Developing Production – to Develop a Country”, organised with the participation of All Russia Public Organization “Delovaya Rossiya” and Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Andrey Melnikov, Associate at EPAM, will speak at the event.
During the congress governmental officials and business representatives to discuss production development and technological safety in Russia, relevant instruments to support SMEs, export opportunities for Russian companies, new possibilities for the development of trade and economic cooperation between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Andrey Melnikov will speak on the topic “Peculiarities of State Support for Investment Projects Implemented under a Special Investment Contract.”
