Vladimir Lobastov, an attorney at law, was born in 19972. He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University law school in 1995 and completed his post-graduate studies at King’s College (University of London).
Vladimir Lobastov is one of the leading Saint Petersburg experts in real estate, investments and M&A. His professional interests include regulation and judicial practice in assets acquisition, due diligence, tax planning, antitrust regulation, construction.
Additionally, Vladimir has experience in advising on intellectual property, development of land plots for subsequent residential and industrial construction.
Prior to joining EPAM Law, Vladimir Lobastov was employed by Coca-Cola.
